2020 Clos du Tue-Boeuf 'Vin Blanc' Sauvignon
Clos du Tue-Boeuf has a rich history dating back many centuries. It's current guardians, the Puzelat brothers have earned their own mention in the Loire's wine history on account of the part they have played in the region's emergence as one of the world's most dynamic natural wine centres. Their wines are a reference point and inspiration to many of their fellow vignerons. Their Sav Blanc is from organic fruit grown in Touraine. Spontaneous fermentation and ageing on lees in stainless steel. It's raw, pure Loire Sav at it's finest.
